East Timor Trading Lda is founded
Trading commences with the import and distribution of multinational brands throughout Timor-Leste.
2003
Duty-free shops established
Timor-Leste’s first duty-free shop opens at Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport and operates until June 2017.
2005
PX Obrigado established
Contract awarded to establish and operate the UN Commissary to provide all catering to its 2500 personnel until December 2012.
2007
Discovery Inn & Diya Restaurant established
Wins multiple Tripadvisor Certificates of Excellence.
Tripadvisor’s Number 1 hotel in Timor-Leste for 6 consecutive years until their closure in 2021 due to COVID-19.
