Celebrating Excellence: The Burger King Colmera Team

Over the past week, East Timor Trading Group’s Burger King restaurants held a second celebration! This time, the Colmera team celebrated their Grade A Gold Standard Certificate from Burger King Asia Pacific during a surprise audit for operational excellence.

“That our Colmera Burger King outlet has also been awarded a Gold Standard Certificate in the first surprise audit of 2024 is a truly wonderful result, and we could not be more proud of the team. We now have both our Burger King restaurants amongst the highest achievers in the Asia Pacific region”, said Mr Awan.

The audit confirmed that Burger King Colmera’s food, operation, and outlet quality meet the company’s ‘rigorous and strict’ international quality control standards. The award highlights the team’s commitment to maintaining excellence.

Burger King Colmera is one of ETTG’s international flagship brands and is staffed by 95% Timorese locals.
