ETTG began by supporting the supply requirements of a 2,500-person United Nations mission and grew alongside newly independent Timor-Leste. Since establishing its own operations in 2002, the Group has developed into one of the country's leading diversified private-sector businesses.
We employ a predominantly Timorese workforce and invest in fair employment, professional development, employee benefits and workplace standards that support long-term retention and progression.
We work in close coordination with the Government of Timor-Leste and other national and international stakeholders, aligning our investments and community programmes with the country’s development priorities.
“Our responsibility is not only to build a successful business, but to create opportunities, develop people and contribute to the country in which we operate.”
