In 2012, Italian ice cream chef and gelatier, Gian Maria Morelli, flew to Dili to share secrets with our staff of how to make the best ice cream in the world. The delicious gelati and sorbets at Il Gelato are made from authentic Italian ingredients, with all-natural fruits, are gluten free and have no hydrogenated or trans fats.
