Discovery Business Industrial Zone

The Discovery Business Industrial Zone project is centered around developing high-quality industrial office and warehouse space in the heart of Dili, Timor-Leste. The objective of the project is to enable industrial and manufacturing companies to expand their operations and become more competitive.
The industrial zone will address some of the main constraints faced by companies to increase or make new investments in Timor-Leste: land ownership, expensive land purchase price, and lack of infrastructure such as electricity, water, and access to transport corridors.
